Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 1. Payments made through our payment gateway are non-refundable except under the following conditions:
    • • If there is a technical error and the customer’s card or bank account is charged multiple times for the same transaction.
    • • If an excessive amount is deducted from the customer’s account/card in a single transaction due to a technical issue.
    • • If a charge is applied for a service that was not discussed or agreed upon, customers may request a refund by providing the transaction details.

    In such cases, the excess amount will be refunded to the customer after deducting the applicable Payment Gateway Charges.

  • 2. To request a refund, customers must submit an application providing details such as Transaction ID and the original payment receipt generated during the transaction.
  • 3. Refund requests will be processed manually after verification. If the claim is found valid, the excess amount will be refunded to the customer via electronic transfer within 21 calendar days, and confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.
  • 4. Web Craftrix will not be liable to process or be responsible for payment transactions under the following circumstances:
    • a. If the payment instructions provided by the customer are incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or invalid.
    • b. If the available funds in the customer’s account are under any restriction or charge.
    • c. If the bank or payment gateway delays or refuses the transaction process.
    • d. Any situation beyond the control of Web Craftrix including natural calamities, system failures, power outages, or strikes.
    • e. In case of transaction failure for any reason, the customer will be notified via email.
