1. Payments made through our payment gateway are non-refundable except under the following conditions:
- • If there is a technical error and the customer’s card or bank account is charged multiple times for the same transaction.
- • If an excessive amount is deducted from the customer’s account/card in a single transaction due to a technical issue.
- • If a charge is applied for a service that was not discussed or agreed upon, customers may request a refund by providing the transaction details.
In such cases, the excess amount will be refunded to the customer after deducting the applicable Payment Gateway Charges.
